The Minbanc Foundation has awarded over $500,000 in professional education grants to minority and women owned bank employees since 1999. The banking industry is fast-changing. Getting key employees trained in the latest developments can be expensive. That is where Minbanc comes in. Minbanc Foundation encourages all minority and women owned banks to take advantage of up to $3,000 per calendar year in professional education grants for your employees. Get the training you need without breaking the bank! The Minbanc Foundation is administered through the National Bankers Association, and grant awards are made quarterly for qualifying coursework.
