The Minbanc Foundation Scholarship Program is administered through the National Bankers Association, the trade association for the nation's 107 minority and women-owned banks.

Founded in 1927 and located in Washington, DC, the associate member banks are owned by African Americans, Native Americans, East Indians, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and women. They are located in 29 states and 2 territories, spanning 60 cities and the District of Columbia and employing over 15,000 associates.

Minbanc Foundation Scholarship Rules

Eligible employees of minority and women-owned banks must be management and officer level employees.

Eligible Educational Programs

100% funding for courses offered by the following institutions:

American Bankers Association
Bank Marketing Association
State Bankers Associations
The Robert Morris Associates

Banking-related Courses offered by:

American Institute of Banking
Independent Community Bankers of America
Bank Administration Inc.

Eligible Expenses

Tuition only, no travel or room and board.

Limitations

No student may receive more than the current cost of the ABA Stonier School tuition per year. Banks may receive up to $4,000 per year.
